Romelu Lukaku is reportedly drawing more interest from Aston Villa, according to a report from Calcio Napoli 24.

The Belgium international, whose contract with Chelsea is still in effect despite stints at Inter Milan and Roma the previous two seasons, appeared to be almost finished at Stamford Bridge and on his way to rejoin Antonio Conte at Napoli.

But according to Calcio Napoli 24, Arsenal is reportedly keen on signing the Nigerian international, Victor Osimhen, and the Italian powerhouses can only finalize a deal once his future is settled.

The Italian news outlet believe Conte has asked for the £98m Belgian – who has 121 Premier League goals to his name – to be signed in time for the start of the 2024/25 Serie A campaign, which falls on Sunday 18th August, with the Italian wary of Aston Villa’s interest.
