Spurs players visit the children’s ward in celebration

Yesterday, three Tottenham Hotspur players surprised the kids and families at Barnet Hospital with Christmas gifts delivered to the Galaxy ward.

During their Tuesday afternoon visit, Richarlison, Emerson Royal, and Oliver Skipp spoke with patients and staff, took pictures, and signed autographs.

11-year-old Qamarzada Zahirgan, a fan of Manchester City, was among those who received a present and expressed his happiness at meeting the players.

“I wasn’t expecting it, it was a great moment,” he remarked. It was fantastic to talk to Spurs and City because we had a great game the other day with a 3-3 draw. My buddies are all Tottenham supporters, so they will all be envious.

The mother of six-month-old Ambrose, Shauna Clyne, claimed that meeting the footballers brightened her day.

“My family is devoted to Tottenham, and they will all find it incredible that I got to meet the players,” she remarked. “I’m excited to show them the images because some of them have season tickets.”

Ten-year-old Mansour Hunar was overjoyed when the players signed his shirt. “I love football and I would love to be a football player when I grow up,” he declared. In spite of my City support, I enjoyed getting to know the players.”
