JUST IN: THE SEARCH TO REPLACE PETE CARROLL COACH IS DONE JUST ANNOUNCE BY………..

Nearly three weeks have passed since the Detroit Lions and Baltimore Ravens concluded their seasons, but according on a report from Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network on Monday morning, things may be concluded soon.

The Detroit Lions trailed 24-7 at the half but lost 34-31 to the San Francisco 49ers in the third quarter. The Baltimore Ravens lost 17-10 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Following the formal release of those findings, defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald of the Ravens and offensive coordinator Ben Johnson of the Lions were available for interviews; Pelissero reports that the Seahawks want to do just that.

The seasons of both coordinators just concluded on Sunday, so as mentioned in the video, this is a developing scenario. However, according to Pelissero, the Seahawks will be in Detroit on Monday afternoon to interview Johnson before interviewing Macdonald on Tuesday morning. Pelissero believes that with all remaining head coaching candidates for the Seahawks and Washington Commanders positions now authorized to interview without restriction, things may come to a close this week, maybe even in the next 48 hours.
