“Life Is Unfair”: Michael Schumacher’s Brother is more than judas himself

Ralf Schumacher, the brother of Formula One legend Michael Schumacher, stated that his brother’s ski accident “changed our family” and that his father might never fully recover from the horrific 2013 crash. Although wearing a helmet, Mr. Schumacher fell and hit his head on a rock while skiing in the French Alps in December 2013, sustaining a serious head injury. The racing legend has not been seen in public since the accident, and not much is known about his condition.

“I can state that, although it was obviously more worse for his kids, his accident was a very horrible and extreme experience for me. Mick was there as a young teenager back then, as all of us know. The 48-year-old stated, “Unfortunately, life isn’t always fair and unfortunately there was a lot of bad luck here too.”

He recalled the times the brothers had spent together as well.

“Michael is not just my brother; as a child, he served as my mentor and coach. He gave me all of my karting instruction. Despite the seven-year age difference, he was always by my side. Ralf Schumacher stated, “We practiced overtaking manoeuvres and we raced together, which is everything that matters in motorsports.”

Thankfully, modern medical options have made it possible to do some things, but still nothing is like it used to be,” he said. Rafael was married to former model and TV presenter Cora Schumacher for 14 years before they split in February 2015.

Following the accident, Michael Schumacher was flown to Grenoble University Hospital and put into an induced coma. Since then, Mr. Schumacher’s family has only sometimes updated fans and has remained incredibly discreet.
